About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Business Support team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ideal candidate profiles
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- →Screen and evaluate candidates through structured interviews and behavioral-based assessments
- →Coordinate interview processes and provide guidance to hiring managers
- →Drive a positive candidate experience through timely communication
- →Manage offer development in partnership with HR and leadership
- →Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- →Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal hiring policies
- →Maintain accurate applicant tracking system documentation
- →Support employer branding initiatives and workforce planning efforts
- →Participate in continuous process improvement within Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- ✓Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
- ✓Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
- ✓Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR
- ✓Knowledge of compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP)
