About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Investment Advisory Platform team. This role involves leading client onboarding and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client onboarding and implementation from scoping to go-live
- →Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- →Develop and implement repeatable frameworks for client onboarding and project execution
- →Establish structured governance models involving key stakeholders
- →Understand client needs and tailor solutions to ensure optimal use of Edgevooq’s products
- →Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the full lifecycle
- →Contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting solution design and client proposals
- →Collaborate with product owners and developers to address client-specific requirements
- →Monitor and analyze project performance, tracking key metrics
- →Conduct client training sessions and create user materials
- →Prepare and participate in Steering Committees
- →Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
