About the Role
O DataLab is the research and innovation unit of the Experian group in Latin America, working alongside Serasa Experian in Brazil. We aim to be proactive, anticipating the future, and consultative, identifying market evolution opportunities through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques combined with new data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- →Propose and implement AI applications using Vector Databases, LLMs, Single agents, and Multi agents, covering the entire cycle: experimentation, validation, production, and evolution.
- →Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and Business teams to understand needs, suggest data-oriented solutions, and positively influence project direction.
- →Continuously explore new data sources and technical innovations.
- →Stay updated with the latest research and advances in GenAI.
- →Present results and recommendations to stakeholders and executive teams.
- →Design data-driven product development roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- →Conduct agile experiments and tests to reach conclusive decisions.
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with Python.
- ✓Knowledge of GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, or equivalents.
- ✓Previous experience with corporate products based on LLMs and agents.
- ✓Experience with RAG architectures.
- ✓Implementation of tool calling, MCPs, and orchestration of external capabilities.
- ✓Knowledge of AI Observability.
- ✓Experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- ✓Experience in code versioning.
- ✓Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- ✓Continuous learning.
- ✓Advanced English proficiency.
- ✓Hybrid work availability (2 days a week) in São Paulo/SP (Chácara Santo Antônio).
