About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team at TenderLink, a market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology. In this role, you will drive revenue through increased portal activity and ensure our SAAS customers use their portals to their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement TenderLink's Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions
- →Achieve agreed customer engagement targets
- →Achieve revenue targets
- →Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets
- →On-board new SaaS customers
- →Closely monitor customers usage in the first 3 months
- →Provide detailed onboarding support and training
- →Educate and support SaaS customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform
- →Provide SaaS customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals
- →Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised
Requirements

- ✓1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- ✓Constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis

- ✓Conduct difficult conversations with internal and external customers
