About the Role
We are seeking a strategic designer with practical experience and motivation to build robust solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role will work with the Longtail team (small and medium-sized enterprises) and indirect channels (alliances and partnerships) of our transactional anti-fraud platform, collaborating directly with product, engineering, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand product strategy and real user needs to create consistent solutions
- →Actively participate in the entire product development process, from discovery to delivery
- →Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces with the squad and business areas
- →Work in partnership with Product Managers and developers, influencing the experience from conception to execution
- →Collaborate with data, marketing, and business areas to ensure user-centered design at all organizational levels
- →Conduct co-creation sessions, workshops, A/B tests, and experiments focused on continuous evolution
- →Propose improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation
- →Contribute to strategic product decisions with critical focus on usability and performance
- →Track and translate user research into real product improvement opportunities
- →Act as a reference for the team, raising the quality standard of design and strengthening the user-centered culture
- →Co-create and evolve UX and Design System processes, promoting scalability in deliveries
- →Develop and present structured communications showing progress, learnings, and explored paths.
Requirements
- ✓Visionary approach to design with practical experience
- ✓Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- ✓Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interface design
- ✓Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including product, engineering, and data
- ✓Proficiency in conducting user research and A/B testing
- ✓Experience with design systems and scalable processes
- ✓Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts and progress.
