About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. This role focuses on guiding product vision and managing the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Product Managers to guide vision, roadmap, and backlog
- →Work with end-users and partners to understand business/technical needs and translate them into clear requirements
- →Consolidate business and technical requirements into project-based epics/stories
- →Partner with Product Managers/Analytics to define attribute logic and success metrics
- →Oversee the full development lifecycle from requirements to iteration
- →Build testing and rollout plans including shadow mode and phased launches
- →Ensure governance readiness including documentation and auditability
- →Establish monitoring for solution/platform stability
- →Guide agile execution through backlog refinement and sprint planning
- →Evaluate sales and client support questions/tasks to appropriate partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong understanding of business and technical requirements
- ✓Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- ✓Experience with project-based epics/stories and development milestones
- ✓Knowledge of attribute logic, score requirements, and segmentation
- ✓Familiarity with testing and rollout plans
- ✓Understanding of governance readiness and documentation
- ✓Experience with monitoring and incident response
- ✓Proficiency in agile methodologies and sprint planning
- ✓Ability to evaluate and route sales and client support questions/tasks
