About the Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and problem-solving individual to serve as an Associate Product Manager in our SME credit decisioning portfolio. You will be part of the team building financial solutions that help small and medium-sized enterprises make better credit decisions, contributing to their financial health and prosperity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze credit portfolio performance data, investigate behaviors and needs of SMEs through data, interviews, and feedback
- →Identify opportunities for improvement in the journey and value propositions
- →Collaborate with internal teams (sales channels, customer service, legal, operations) to bring initiatives to fruition and communicate discoveries, results, and next steps clearly and objectively
- →Contribute to the evolution of the vision and roadmap for the SME credit decisioning portfolio
- →Conduct benchmarking of credit decisioning products
