About the Role
We are looking for a Product Strategist to join our team. This role focuses on connecting discovery with strategic decision-making and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct continuous discovery processes, integrating user research, data, rapid testing, and hypothesis validation
- →Structure and prioritize real problems to be solved, ensuring clarity of pain, value, and risk
- →Build experiments and test solutions in short cycles (MVPs, prototypes, pilots, A/B tests)
- →Define success criteria and leading indicators for validations
- →Work closely with UX Research, Data, and Tech to generate actionable insights
- →Define and evolve product strategy, connecting long-term vision to business goals
- →Build and maintain strategic frameworks (North Star, portfolio, opportunities, prioritization matrices)
- →Translate discoveries into clear direction decisions and impact on the roadmap
- →Evaluate market scenarios, trends, competition, and user behavior to identify strategic opportunities
- →Develop business cases and impact analyses (revenue, experience, cost, risk)
- →Ensure alignment between discovery → strategic decision → delivery
- →Support backlog prioritization, focusing on impact and sustainable value creation
- →Monitor critical KPIs and guide the evolution, correction, or discontinuation of initiatives
