About the Role
We are looking for a professional to support project execution and coordination across various workstreams. This role involves maintaining project schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating collaboration among teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the planning and day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams
- →Maintain detailed project schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, and documentation
- →Coordinate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions
- →Facilitate collaboration across capability owners, functional partners, and delivery teams
- →Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics
- →Analyze progress, identify variances, and highlight risks/issues proactively
- →Build high-quality PowerPoint and Excel reports for leadership reviews
- →Contribute to business cases, benefit tracking, and data-driven insights
- →Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment of workstream activities
- →Support workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- →Ensure clear communication and documentation of decisions, next steps, and dependencies
- →Assist in the development and rollout of new processes, tools, and standards
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying workflows
- →Help drive adoption of new capabilities, operating models, and delivery practices
