About the Role
We are looking for an Account Director to join Experian's team. This role focuses on growing advertiser relationships and establishing new partnerships within the Financial Services vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Financial Services marketers across North America
- →Develop long-term consultative relationships with clients to ensure revenue retention and identify upsell opportunities
- →Manage client pipeline aligned to growth objectives
- →Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences
- →Lead go-to-market strategies and cross-sell initiatives to accelerate growth
- →Be the voice of the customer, combining feedback and market insights to inform product development
- →Maintain rigorous pipeline management within Salesforce
Requirements
