Key Responsibilities
- →Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for transformation projects across AR, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- →Evaluate and map current finance processes, identifying automation opportunities and optimization solutions
- →Support system integrations and enhancements, including UAT planning/execution and configuration validation
- →Develop scalable SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for operational teams
- →Provide project support for large-scale transformation programs, applying project management methodologies
- →Mentor junior analysts, sharing technical expertise and best practices in process optimization
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in finance transformation projects spanning Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to define requirements and analyze end-to-end processes
- ✓Experience with ERP, CRM, and finance automation platforms
- ✓Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Lean)
- ✓Ability to mentor junior analysts and share technical expertise
