About the Role

We are seeking an Identity & Fraud Integration Specialist to join our high-performing team at Experian. This role involves modernizing applications into microservices and deploying them into the cloud, while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the end-to-end technical integration of acquired products into the existing enterprise ecosystem, ensuring alignment with strategic, architectural, and operational goals.
→Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and success criteria.
→Manage multiple workstreams across infrastructure, application, data, and identity domains, ensuring quality delivery.
→Drive agile or hybrid delivery practices.
→Ensure integration activities adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
→Coordinate technical due diligence and gap analysis to identify integration blockers and opportunities for rationalisation or enhancement.
→Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across systems and teams.
→Escalate critical blockers and propose actionable solutions.
→Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and steering committees, including progress reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.
→Maintain clear documentation of integration decisions, architecture changes, and technical debt implications.
→Support change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.

Requirements
