About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our People team at ezCater. This role involves designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with ezCater’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles
→Own the execution of compensation programs and policies
→Evaluate job responsibilities to recommend appropriate compensation levels
→Manage salary survey participation and results analysis
→Serve as a primary point of contact for compensation questions
→Prepare and present compensation reports and insights
→Co-lead the annual compensation review process
→Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
→Support the design and evaluation of incentive and performance-based pay programs
→Partner with the Senior Manager of Compensation to build tools and training materials

Requirements

✓5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics
✓Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools
✓Strong experience with compensation survey platforms
✓Experience with UKG and compensation/HR analytics tools
✓Experience with equity platforms preferred
✓Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis and audits
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✓Solid knowledge of core compensation principles and relevant laws
✓Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred
