About the Role
The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the FanDuel Sportsbook brand. This position involves leading high-impact brand initiatives and working across all major sport seasons to connect brand events, campaigns, and creative development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand marketing objectives and shape approach for key moments in marketing plans focused on Sportsbook customers
- →Coordinate with external agencies to ensure creative campaigns align with brand identity
- →Support planning and execution of tentpole campaigns
- →Coordinate key deliverables across teams to ensure timely completion
- →Produce high-quality creative briefs and sign off on creative execution
- →Define KPIs for key projects to inform strategy
- →Deliver data-driven learnings with actionable recommendations
- →Ensure effective communication of plans across cross-functional teams
- →Advocate for customers in all marketing campaigns
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in brand strategy and/or brand management
- ✓Deep sports knowledge and fandom is a must
- ✓Experience working on brands in competitive markets
- ✓Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic insights
- ✓Experience delivering presentations with effective storytelling
- ✓Experience supporting external partnerships, talent, or influencer campaigns
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
- ✓Passion for creating customer-first campaigns
- ✓Highly organized with strong interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Ability to apply traditional brand building skills in a digital business
- ✓Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative
- ✓High-quality interpersonal and presentation skills
