About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Payments capabilities supporting FanDuel's new Predictions market portfolio. This role involves leading initiatives across the payment journey and working closely with various teams to build a customer-first, compliant, and resilient payment solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payments
- →Lead end-to-end payments experiences including funding, wallet, withdrawals/payouts, and overall flows
- →Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features, user journeys, and industry trends
- →Design payments capabilities tailored to futures/prediction market mechanics
- →Establish, track, and communicate success metrics
- →Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders across various teams
- →Champion a test-and-learn approach: concept validation, A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts
- →Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches
- →Deliver concise, action-oriented communication and present to senior leadership
Requirements
- ✓7 years + payments product or product management experience
- ✓Passion for sports betting and sports-adjacent products
- ✓Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry
- ✓Comfort crafting business cases, prioritizing tradeoffs, and communicating clearly with executive stakeholders
- ✓Experience building products in heavily regulated environments and working closely with Legal/Compliance
- ✓Technical fluency: ability to collaborate deeply with engineering on APIs, payment flows, risk systems
- ✓Experience with prediction/futures market mechanics or cryptocurrency/digital asset products
