About the Role

FanDuel is seeking a Project Manager to join their MarTech & Operations team. This role involves independently managing defined initiatives and workstreams while growing judgment, influence, and leadership skills in a cross-functional organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for assigned MarTech Product and Ops initiatives
→Lead project teams on moderately complex to challenging initiatives with limited oversight
→Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, goals, dependencies, and success criteria
→Drive regular project rituals and provide clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions
→Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
→Leverage project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report milestones
→Support the implementation of MarTech solutions and operational workflows
→Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment
→Contribute to improving internal team processes

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
✓3–5 years of experience in project management within MarTech, Digital Marketing, or related field
✓Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✓Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and technologies
✓Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
✓Clear, confident communicator
✓Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓Experience with Asana and/or Atlassian tools is a plus
✓Certifications like PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
