About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the FanDuel Predicts Product team. You will be responsible for designing and evolving the user experience of FanDuel Predicts, ensuring both user and business needs are met to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

- →Accountable for large-scale and complex projects, driving impact beyond your immediate team
- →Lead projects from concept to delivery, navigating challenges and managing priorities independently
- →Actively seek and incorporate insights from product, marketing, and engineering to inform design decisions
- →Present expert knowledge of your domain and user needs, with an understanding of the broader business impact
- →Analyze user feedback across multiple touchpoints, collaborating with research and data teams
- →Mentor and coach others, supporting their growth and successful onboarding
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design workflows
- ✓Proven ability to independently manage and deliver large-scale, complex design projects
- ✓Skilled in collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- ✓Expert grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
- ✓Proficiency in applying research insights to shape features and improve usability
- ✓Expert at using Figma and other modern design tools to create scalable experiences
- ✓Clear and confident communicator able to present design rationale and align teams
- ✓Extensive experience contributing to or evolving a design system
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and context-switching across multiple priorities
