About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team at FanDuel Group in New York. This role will support Talent Acquisition activities across US teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience throughout the application and interview process
- →Support recruitment process efficiency and speed
- →Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and debriefs
- →Manage pre-employment onboarding including references, contracts, background checks, and relocation assistance
- →Assist with creating recruiting metrics
- →Organize and attend recruitment events
- →Source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
- →Support ad hoc Talent and HR projects
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordinating, or related field
- ✓Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- ✓Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ✓Self-starter with initiative and ability to work through ambiguity
- ✓Great communicator with candidates
- ✓Organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Effective communicator with interpersonal skills
- ✓In-depth experience in coordination and scheduling
