About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in Atlanta. This role will support Talent Acquisition activities across US teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience throughout the application and interview process
- →Support recruitment process efficiency and speed
- →Coordinate and schedule kick-off meetings, candidate interviews, and debriefs
- →Manage pre-employment onboarding including references, contracts, background checks, and relocation assistance
- →Assist with creating accurate recruiting metrics
- →Organize and attend recruitment events
- →Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
- →Support ad hoc Talent and HR projects
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, coordinating, or related field
- ✓Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- ✓Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ✓Self-starter who can take initiative and work through ambiguity
- ✓Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- ✓In-depth experience in coordination and scheduling
