Requirements
- ✓A strong portfolio of digital products, services, and experiences
- ✓4+ years of experience in human-centered digital design
- ✓Deep expertise in design systems, structure, scalability, and documentation
- ✓Strong command of UI best practices, page design, and interaction visuals
- ✓Ability to design based on data and user insights
- ✓Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- ✓Proficient in designing and iterating on UX wireframes
- ✓Expertise in navigation frameworks and system-level thinking
- ✓Highly skilled in Figma, shared libraries, plugins, and design system components
- ✓Exceptional communication skills and passion for design excellence
