About the Role
Nitra is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual collateral for marketing and sales. This role will play a key part in shaping Nitra's brand and value proposition through compelling design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design marketing and sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, web assets, email graphics, social content, and event materials
- →Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate complex concepts into clear visuals
- →Maintain and evolve Nitra’s brand identity across all customer-facing materials
- →Support go-to-market initiatives with fast, high-quality design execution
- →Create templates and scalable design systems for a growing organization
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, typography, and brand systems
- ✓Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- ✓Experience designing marketing and sales enablement materials that drive clarity and conversion
