Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational specialists and analysts
- →Develop the strategic roadmap for payments operations
- →Drive strategic initiatives to improve success rates across key payment stages
- →Act as the key bridge to guarantee system synchronization between internal platforms and external Payment Service Providers
- →Lead complex, large-scale projects focused on architectural improvement and operational automation
- →Oversee strategic planning for operational risk and compliance
- →Serve as a strategic partner for Product, Engineering, and Finance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a high-impact strategy or operational role, with at least 2+ years in a management position
- ✓Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale process improvements
- ✓Demonstrable ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- ✓Strong analytical skills used to interpret operational data
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- ✓Experience with operational risk management and maintaining compliance
- ✓Understanding of the end-to-end payments lifecycle
- ✓Knowledge of scripting/query languages (SQL) for strategic data analysis
