About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role will own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key live entertainment experiences, maximizing revenue and ensuring world-class delivery across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

→Maximize revenue and profit across sites and experiences in collaboration with local and marketing teams
→Oversee sales and marketing plans to meet P&L targets and drive ticket sales, awareness, and engagement
→Analyze business performance and implement operational improvements
→Identify and implement new revenue streams and marketing optimizations
→Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key entertainment partners
→Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction while driving efficiency
→Oversee site profitability and ensure financial accuracy
→Work with Feasibility and Production teams on vendor negotiations
→Monitor site performance through regular reporting and P&L reviews
→Manage and support local Project Managers
→Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams

Requirements

✓Project management or consulting background with 5+ years of experience
✓Solid understanding of marketing performance, digital acquisition, and growth levers
✓MBA from top tier school is a plus
✓Strong analytical and organizational skills
✓Solution-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit
✓Experience managing complex projects
✓Strong communication and relationships management skills
✓Ability to influence all levels of staff
✓Ability to coordinate and audit internal and external teams
✓Willingness to work on all required events tasks
✓Fluent English
