About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Recruiter to join Fieldguide, a company that automates and streamlines assurance and audit work through software. This role will own the full recruiting cycle for post-sales teams, partnering with leadership to build technically focused teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full-cycle recruiting process for post-sales roles including Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants
→Maintain strong evergreen pipelines and form relationships with passive candidates
→Focus on enterprise post-sales recruiting for strategic, enterprise-level customers
→Partner directly with the Customer leadership team as their talent partner
→Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
→Lead candidate management end-to-end: outreach, assessment, closing, and offer negotiations
→Champion Fieldguide’s brand and value proposition in candidate conversations
→Drive structured, inclusive hiring processes
→Track recruiting funnel health and hiring metrics

Requirements

✓5+ years of GTM recruiting experience, with a focus on post-sales roles at high-growth startups
✓Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable owning recruiting end-to-end
✓Excellent closer with the ability to influence and negotiate
✓Executive presence: confident working directly with senior leadership
✓Skilled in sourcing strategies and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound campaigns, and talent mapping
✓Hold a high bar for candidate quality and candidate experience
✓Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers
