About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join Fieldguide, a company that automates and streamlines assurance and audit work in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. As an early stage startup employee, you will have the opportunity to build out the future of business trust and make audit practitioners' lives easier.

Key Responsibilities

→Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement cadences
→Guide customer growth by creating plans and tracking progress
→Cultivate customer champions and grow their Fieldguide knowledge
→Advocate for the customer by communicating needs internally
→Mitigate risks by identifying success risks and developing action plans
→Measure and document progress by detailing case studies and tracking metrics

Requirements

✓Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance
✓Hands-on experience with 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation
✓Project management proficiency with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers
✓Executive presence and ability to influence change
✓Bias towards action with ownership of projects end-to-end
