About the Role
Hilti Fieldwire is seeking a driven Sourcer to support their global growth by identifying and engaging top talent across multiple business units and geographies. This role requires proactive talent sourcing and strategic partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
- →Source for roles across the United States, Europe, and other global markets
- →Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine job specifications and align on sourcing strategy
- →Build and maintain strong passive talent pipelines globally
- →Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- →Lead sourcing best practice sharing and training
- →Evaluate and implement new sourcing tools and technologies
- →Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse and other HR systems
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruiting with measurable metrics
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job profiles
- ✓Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- ✓Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- ✓Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
