About the Role

We are looking for a Website & SEO Manager to own and scale Filigran’s global web experience. This role focuses on driving search visibility and conversion through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and execute Filigran’s global SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and programmatic aspects
→Lead a long-term roadmap for CRO, A/B testing, and UI/UX improvements
→Manage daily WordPress operations including publishing, updates, and site structure
→Ensure site speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness meet industry best practices
→Conduct ongoing site audits, keyword research, and competitive benchmarking
→Track KPIs including traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience owning SEO and website performance in a B2B SaaS environment
✓Strong expertise in technical SEO, CRO, analytics, and CMS operations (WordPress)
✓Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for template editing and troubleshooting
✓Proven track record of organic traffic growth and conversion improvement
✓Project management skills and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams
✓Awareness of accessibility and compliance standards (e.g., ADA, GDPR)
