About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Staff Technical Solutions Engineer to join our R&D Department at Findhelp. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our rapidly expanding base of customers and partners that help people in need across the US. You will drive customer success by providing technical solutioning, customer support, and project management while acting as an internal technical expert.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships through communication and technical mastery
- →Lead successful technical implementations through accurate scoping, planning, and execution
- →Position customers for long-term success through ongoing partnership and technical account management
- →Drive system adoption by acting as a project manager, problem solver, and customer champion
- →Serve as a product expert in areas such as integrations, eligibility, and other technical aspects
- →Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions for successful implementations
- →Standardize best practices for workflows that solve technical challenges
- →Guide vendor partners to scope, develop, and implement new integrations
- →Identify ways to improve software and integration offerings
Requirements
- ✓7+ years experience in technical solutions and customer support roles
- ✓Expertise in tailoring communication to different audiences
- ✓Technical proficiency in troubleshooting, SQL queries, and working with code, databases, and integrations
- ✓Experience with APIs, Webhooks, SQL, JIRA, Python, Javascript, and/or Google Cloud
- ✓Strong analytical, communication, planning, and project management skills
- ✓Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- ✓Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
