About the Role
Fireblocks is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring our brand to life through animation and video. This role is responsible for defining how motion expresses the Fireblocks identity across marketing, web, events, and product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and build Fireblocks’ brand motion system, including a scalable brand motion kit
- →Design and produce motion assets for brand campaigns, product launches, web experiences, events, and social
- →Create UI and product animations for web, including micro-interactions, transitions, and storytelling moments
- →Create product demo and instructional-style videos
- →Produce live-action video edits, including high-production interviews and brand narratives
- →Establish motion principles, documentation, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production
- ✓Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- ✓Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling
- ✓Proven experience creating Lottie animations optimized for web performance
- ✓Ability to simplify complex or technical products into clear, instructional, and engaging visuals
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓High bar for craft, polish, and design quality
- ✓Knowledge of current design trends, history, and techniques
