About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join Flagright, an AI-native financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies and fintechs. This role focuses on driving customer growth globally and expanding Flagright’s footprint across UK & Europe based fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature
- →Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- →Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe
- →Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success during evaluations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with responsibility for closing deals
- ✓Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
- ✓Experience building trust and selling to both technical and business stakeholders
- ✓High performer with a track record of building and managing pipeline and exceeding revenue targets
- ✓Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking is highly desirable
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- ✓Disciplined approach to pipeline management, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- ✓Willingness to regularly travel across Europe
