About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Flexport, a platform for global trade that helps companies manage their international supply chains. You'll develop products that reshape the logistics and supply chain industries, working with a team of self-starters to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain systems that represent logistics entities
- →Contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
- →Collaborate with business partners and product managers to translate business problems into technical solutions
- →Build highly available, secure, and distributed systems within a microservices architecture
- →Work collaboratively with peer teams on cross-team projects
- →Rapidly build and launch products incrementally using CI/CD practices
- →Ensure high-quality standards by incorporating metrics and applying learnings from post-mortems
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- ✓1+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with demonstrated coding skills
- ✓Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js
- ✓Proficiency with databases, API development, and testing frameworks
- ✓Proficiency with deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production services
