Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate client opportunities for operational and technical feasibility
- →Collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales, Support, and clients to drive successful outcomes
- →Troubleshoot issues using tools like CloudWatch, Metabase, and Postman
- →Refine solutions engineering approaches and contribute to product evolution
- →Mentor the sales team on best practices and product features
- →Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce
- ✓Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a constantly evolving industry
- ✓Solid understanding of web APIs, WMS, EDI, and ERP systems
- ✓In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and workflows
- ✓Experience with CloudWatch, Metabase, and Postman
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with managing knowledge bases
- ✓Ability to work flexible hours
