About the Role
We are looking for an Integration Services Engineer to join Flip, a company revolutionizing the way frontline employees work. This role involves designing, developing, and operating integration services that connect customers' internal systems with Flip.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of engineers designing, developing, and operating integration services
- →Push forward our integration platform based on Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- →Work with a tech stack including Kotlin, Micronaut, Python, and JavaScript
- →Collaborate in international, cross-functional agile teams
- →Develop software following modern engineering practices
- →Deploy and monitor services using Kubernetes, Helm, Grafana, Sentry, and Mixpanel
- →Join customer calls to understand specific problems and build solutions
- →Drive technical decisions within our backend guild
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems
- ✓Experience designing, implementing, deploying, and operating asynchronous backend services
- ✓Excellent communication skills for working with customers and stakeholders
- ✓Relevant experience with Kotlin/Java and JVM frameworks
- ✓Interest in developing personal and team skills
