About the Role

We are looking for a Manager on the finance team to support supply chain and operations functions at Flock Safety. This role will help scale our modeling capabilities and drive strategic projects at the intersection of product, sales, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Support supply chain and operations functions
→Scale modeling capabilities for capex spend
→Drive strategic projects across product, sales, and finance teams
→Build strong cross-functional relationships
→Improve visibility and clarity in capex and inventory modeling
→Introduce clearer inputs and stronger forecasting signals
→Translate data into insights for planning and executive decisions
→Strengthen the connection between sales and production
→Identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

✓3-6 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related field
✓Expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
✓Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
✓Solid project management skills
✓Ability to work independently and manage tasks on time
✓Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
✓High proficiency in Google Sheets
✓Proficiency in data tools (Sigma) and FP&A tools (Pigment)
✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✓Knowledge of hardware products or experience at a hardware company a plus
