About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Research Analyst to join our team at Flock Safety. This role involves using advanced optimization modeling techniques to build and deploy prescriptive tools that drive critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Model and document operations processes to identify improvement opportunities
→Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to understand issues and communicate solutions
→Develop custom optimization algorithms for operations and logistics use cases
→Create metrics to measure solution effectiveness
→Perform data analysis to identify anomalies
→Integrate and deploy solutions into operations systems

Requirements

✓BS/MS/PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
✓3+ years experience as an operations researcher or equivalent role
✓Experience with end-to-end operations research processes
✓Strong Python and C++ skills
✓SQL proficiency and dbt experience
✓Data visualization tool experience
✓Cloud infrastructure knowledge
✓Strong communication skills
