About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Fluidstack, a company building infrastructure for abundant intelligence. This role will focus on defining the product vision and roadmap for managed services, including SLURM and Kubernetes control planes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product roadmap for managed SLURM and Kubernetes offerings
- →Define requirements for control plane performance, reliability, and availability
- →Work with engineering to design automated provisioning workflows and health monitoring systems
- →Partner with datacenter and networking teams to ensure control plane infrastructure scales seamlessly
- →Drive decisions on when to build vs. integrate with ecosystem tools
- →Define metrics and SLAs for control plane uptime and performance
- →Conduct customer discovery to understand pain points around cluster management
- →Create product documentation and reference architectures for enterprise customers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years product management experience with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure, platform, or cloud services
- ✓Deep technical understanding of Kubernetes control plane architecture and SLURM job scheduling
- ✓Experience building or managing infrastructure products that serve technical users
- ✓Track record of shipping features that improved cluster reliability and resource efficiency
- ✓Strong grasp of distributed systems concepts
- ✓Familiarity with GPU workload patterns and control plane design
- ✓Ability to synthesize customer feedback and operational data into product requirements
- ✓Experience working with engineering teams to debug production incidents
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic tradeoffs
