About the Role
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join Formlabs, a company that builds tools for 3D printing technology used by industry leaders worldwide. This role is part of the Reliability Engineering Team, responsible for ensuring product robustness and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, execute, and manage system, subsystem, and component level validation test plans
- →Perform root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures
- →Design, build, and implement automated testing equipment
- →Collaborate with R&D design teams for risk assessments and design reviews
- →Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans
Requirements
- ✓Well-versed with complex electromechanical systems
- ✓Experience testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components
- ✓Experience developing and executing system test plans
- ✓Ability to prototype and run tests using Python
- ✓Strong data analysis skills
