About the Role
The Consumer Insights Analyst will play a key role in helping Fortune Brands Innovations better understand consumers, customers, and market trends. This position brings together insights from various data sources to guide informed decisions across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- →Integrate insights from Voice of Customer programs, primary and secondary research, syndicated datasets, and first-party data to understand consumer and market trends
- →Support category and marketplace reviews by connecting quantitative and qualitative insights
- →Analyze tracking studies for brand health, awareness, and shopper journey programs
- →Prepare clear insight summaries and visualizations for brand and marketing partners
- →Maintain and optimize syndicated data resources and consumer research platforms
- →Monitor category, competitive, and channel performance using syndicated sources
- →Partner with Brand, Product, Marketing, Media, Strategy, and Data & Analytics teams
- →Contribute insights for long-range planning and strategic priorities
- →Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- →Support ad-hoc research studies and continuous tracking programs
- →Stay current on emerging methodologies and best practices in consumer insights
Requirements
- ✓Experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analysis
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to connect diverse data sources
- ✓Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- ✓Ability to develop clear and intuitive dashboards
- ✓Experience working with syndicated data and research platforms
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- ✓Understanding of market research methodologies and best practices
- ✓Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
- ✓Experience with ad-hoc research study design and execution
- ✓Knowledge of emerging trends in consumer insights and analytics
