About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of customer projects for Solar Innovations. This role will serve as the primary operational contact, ensuring accuracy, schedule adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage customer projects from signed quote through design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation
- →Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned projects, responding to customer and sales inquiries
- →Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production Planning, and Logistics
- →Review quotes, orders, drawings, and purchase orders for accuracy
- →Manage daily operational execution, tracking milestones and maintaining project documentation
- →Maintain a prioritized task-based workflow to meet all deadlines
- →Manage order backlog and workload balance, communicating status and risks
- →Support revenue forecasts through disciplined project planning and execution
- →Drive schedule reliability to enhance customer experience
- →Coordinate delivery requirements and customer-ready dates
- →Maintain accurate CRM records with customer data and project updates
- →Track and achieve performance goals related to calls, approvals, and revenue
- →Identify and implement process improvements
