About the Role
We are seeking a Data Protection Compliance Specialist to support the Group's data protection compliance framework. This role involves acting as a point of contact for internal teams and assisting with various data protection tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Data Protection Manager in the delivery of the Group’s data protection compliance framework
- →Act as a point of contact for internal teams, providing clear and practical advice on data protection matters
- →Assist with responding to data subject rights requests (including access, erasure, objection, and restriction)
- →Support the handling, investigation and documentation of personal data breaches, working with stakeholders across the business
- →Maintain data protection records, including RoPAs, DPIAs, LIAs and other governance documentation
- →Review and advise on data protection clauses in contracts, data processing agreements and supplier arrangements
- →Support privacy impact assessments for new projects, products and systems
- →Assist with training and awareness initiatives across the Group
- →Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to policy updates and continuous improvement activities
- →Provide administrative support to the Data Protection team where required
