About the Role
We are seeking a Uniform Fitting Specialist to provide customer service and support for military uniform alterations and fittings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide customer uniform fitting service through Military MTM
- →Provide customer service and support for Military uniform alterations
- →Travel to Military bases and stations for trade fairs and customer fittings
- →Support department manager with VIP accounts as necessary
- →Support manager as point of contact and customer services with Bespoke customers
- →Support scheduling diary for MTM fittings and appointments
- →Manage and support telephone and email orders/enquiries
- →Manage and support Military walk-in service, fitting and sales
- →Support and administrate stock buy requirements
- →Develop and maintain contact library – suppliers, partners, services
- →Develop, maintain and support regulation library – print and digital
