About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer - Agentic Automation to partner with cross-functional teams and build scalable AI processes that enhance Sales and Marketing functions. This role combines technical execution with strategic insight to shape AI adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data teams to understand workflows and requirements
- →Design, build, and deploy agentic AI processes that automate tasks and augment human work
- →Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms for specific use cases
- →Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems with clean, maintainable code
- →Integrate AI systems with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and operational platforms
- →Define success metrics and deliver impact reporting tied to business outcomes
- →Create documentation and best practices to scale AI adoption
- →Stay current with AI trends and emerging agent frameworks
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Python and JavaScript
- ✓Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools
- ✓Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- ✓Ability to design and implement agent orchestration systems
- ✓Experience integrating systems through APIs and pipelines
- ✓Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Ability to measure and report on business impact
