About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Lead Engineer to build and run the revenue engine that takes us to $100M ARR. You will design outbound infrastructure, engineer AI-powered prospecting workflows, and build the signal layer that guides Sales and CS teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build the full outbound stack from scratch
- →Engineer AI-powered prospecting workflows using tools like Clay
- →Automate sales and CS processes to eliminate manual work
- →Build signal layer for churn risk, expansion triggers, and pipeline health
- →Own the architecture of the GTM tech stack
Requirements
- ✓Technical GTM operator with deep knowledge of modern stack
- ✓Experience with Clay, Instantly/Smartlead, Apollo, Gong, CRM automation
- ✓Ability to code or script automations and work with APIs
- ✓5–10 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or outbound-focused growth at B2B SaaS
