About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing cloud architectures on Gcore, helping clients deploy and configure various cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with customers to design and implement cloud architectures on Gcore
- →Help clients deploy and configure virtual machines, bare metal servers, VPCs, networks, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers
- →Assist with Kubernetes clusters and related services, container registries, and containerized applications
- →Troubleshoot and debug network connectivity, routing, DNS, and security issues
- →Analyze existing customer infrastructures to identify bottlenecks and single points of failure
- →Propose improvements for performance, reliability, cost, and security
- →Create and maintain technical documentation, reference architectures, and best practices
- →Participate in customer calls, workshops, and demos, explaining complex technical concepts in clear and simple language
- →Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve the platform
- →Act as a proactive, trusted advisor for customers, anticipating potential issues and suggesting preventive measures
