About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of contract management, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee the full cycle of contract management, from KYC coordination to invoice control
- →Collect and validate documentation required for customer compliance checks or vendor verification processes
- →Gather necessary information from Sales and collaborate with Product Owners, Pre-Sales, Finance and Legal teams to ensure service descriptions are accurate and aligned with customer expectations
- →Communicate proactively with clients during service order preparation to ensure clarity on contract conditions
- →Review and validate tariffs and billing settings to reflect agreed terms
- →Perform invoice checks for new and existing customers to prevent discrepancies
- →Coordinate the contract execution process, including document preparation and signature tracking
- →Ensure proper internal archiving of all contractual documentation
- →Assist customers with requests related to reconciliations, invoice corrections, and service changes
- →Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to provide appropriate customer support
- →Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clarity, responsiveness, and reliability
- →Safeguard company interests by ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls
