About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Director, Ad-Tech to lead our engineering team at Genius Sports, responsible for developing our Fan Activation platform. This role combines next-gen technology with live data to create immersive sports experiences for fans worldwide.

Requirements
- ✓8+ years of relevant software engineering experience with focus on high-volume web applications
- ✓3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and building engineering cultures
- ✓3+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media technology
- ✓Strong business acumen and experience in roadmap and strategy discussions
- ✓Experience with distributed application systems, middleware, and production architectures
- ✓Experience working in fast-moving environments to establish product market fit
