Your work will focus on scalability of our core internal infrastructure and ingestion of external market data. Your responsibilities will cover both the strategic and tactical aspects of Product Management.  The tactical aspects of the role require requirements scoping, definition of epic level acceptance criteria, working with the delivery team during planning and throughout product delivery.  You will work with the Delivery Leads and ensure all aspects of delivery have been accounted for (this includes operational help, domain knowledge share and go to market strategy). Main Responsibilities: The What (Strategic) Ensure your squad and stakeholders are fully invested and helping you to shape the product vision, goals and strategy • Work with the Product VP to produce the product vision, roadmap and identify opportunities • Translating product vision and roadmap into detailed work items in preparation for quarterly planning • Maintain strong links to key stakeholders across technical, commercial, support, marketing and operations in addition to key customers • Articulate vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout initiative duration • Keep abreast of developments in the industry and with specific competitors identifying threats and opportunities The How (Tactical) • Support the operational running of the product on a day-to-day basis • Managing the release to customers and go-to market strategy • Define epics with comprehensive acceptance criteria, interacting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify work is correctly specified and relevant assets (wireframes, designs) are included • Verifying that epics are completed to the expectation set out in the acceptance criteria • Work closely with Delivery Lead to ensure alignment on all team and product matters • Produce relevant documentation to support product awareness and technical build Required Skills • Experience in product management in the online sports betting or gaming industry • 5+ years’ experience in a product management role preferably with a strong technical background • Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps. • Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly focused on agile methodologies • Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap, • Strong background in BI and/or Analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Passionate about working in the betting industry • Ability to work to deadlines • Team leadership • Highly collaborative nature We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
