About the Role
We are looking for a Creator Program Manager to execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with climate-focused client organizations. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change while leveraging your creative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms
- →Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress
- →Serve as a strategic subject matter expert on the creator economy and social content strategy
- →Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials
- →Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- →Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients
- →Work closely with digital creators to develop engaging content
- →Strategize with colleagues and clients to innovate on content and processes
- →Stay up-to-date on environmental and climate news to inform strategy conversations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation
- ✓Confident communicator with a client services focus
- ✓Passion for intersectional progressive issues and strong cultural competency
- ✓Climate policy knowledge and expertise
- ✓Deep understanding of the social media landscape and working with content creators
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines
- ✓Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
