About the Role
The Marketing Team in Latin America plays a critical role in defining and driving Spotify’s Brand in the region. Marketing Managers in Mexico are responsible for the Marketing activities in the country, reporting into the Mexico Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the adaptation, creation and execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that amplify our brand, content, and partnerships, focusing on Gen Z audiences.
- →Oversee the planning and execution of a dynamic social media content strategy to build community and increase brand engagement with younger audiences.
- →Collaborate closely with the Music team to ensure culturally relevant content creation.
- →Define and strengthen brand identity, developing culturally resonant campaigns that reflect diversity, music discovery, and audience connection.
- →Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and relevant players to expand the platform’s reach.
- →Lead and inspire external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality campaign execution.
- →Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in marketing, ideally within the music, entertainment, or content industries.
- ✓Strong sense of brand identity and creative vision, with the ability to present and advocate for innovative ideas.
- ✓Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
- ✓Experience working across international markets or with culturally diverse teams.
- ✓Deep understanding of the music industry, including emerging trends and cultural movements.
- ✓A genuine passion for music and awareness of cultural trends.
