About the Role
Inkitt is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to support community growth and engagement initiatives. This role will coordinate a network of community moderators and drive participation in in-app book communities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute engagement initiatives to drive participation in in-app book communities
- →Coordinate moderators to ensure campaigns and content align with strategy
- →Act as a brand presence in community spaces
- →Organize virtual events such as author interviews and book club meetings
- →Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback to refine strategies
- →Recruit and activate in-app community super users
- →Manage weekly community push notification creation and scheduling
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience with customer service or community and social media
- ✓Understanding of bookish communities and active participation in online communities
- ✓Experience being creative, strategic, and analytical in crafting initiatives
- ✓Strong communication skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
